SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fleurbaix Toy Soldiers. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.




INTERNATIONAL/DOMESTIC SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME 

All purchases are made to order unless otherwise stated. Processing times for all standard orders are 14 working days. Special commissions may take longer, and staff will be in contact with you regarding this. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates Due to the nature of our products we use weight-based shipping to calculate the total postage for your order. The total of your order, handling and shipping fees will be displayed at the checkout.

This is to enable customers to claim back the insurance value should the parcel go missing. In order to keep postage prices reasonable we will not be able to offer an insurance amount of the full value of the parcel.

If you would like a postal service which provides insurance for the full value of your purchase please contact us via email and we will provide you with costs for this. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not been received after 10 working days after the expected delivery date, please contact us so that we can lodge an inquiry with our shipping company.




SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.




CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES 

Fleurbaix Toy Soldiers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).




DAMAGES

Fleurbaix Toy Soldiers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. This includes parcels that may be opened for inspection by customs officers. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.




RETURNS POLICY

As items are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. If you believe the item you have received is defective, please contact us at with details of what you consider the defect to be along with photos. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (minus shipping), using the original method of payment or offer a store credit.

Please note: If you believe there are missing pieces of your casting or kit please contact us and we will arrange additional pieces to be sent to you. We are also open to providing additional parts in your order, please let us know.
